Help prevent over drying. Three sensors track moisture and temperature, adapting drying times to end the cycle at just the right time.

Let the dryer guide you to the right cycle combinations or customize up to 35 of your own to get the right type of fabric care for whatever you’re drying.

Help keep wrinkles from setting into clean, dry fabrics. The Wrinkle Shield™ Plus Option with Steam uses tumbling and steam for up to 150 minutes after the cycle ends or until you open the dryer door for improved wrinkle-fighting performance.

Use less energy while still getting great drying performance with the EcoBoost™ option that uses less heat and extended cycle times for greater energy efficiency.

Release wrinkles with the Steam Refresh Cycle. It uses water and heat to get clothes ready to wear without rewashing.

Help decrease static with the Static Reduce Option, which combines a mist of water with tumbling after the load is dry.

The Sanitize cycle provides care for your clothes in the dryer while eliminating 99.9% of common household bacteria.

Dry a small load quickly or customize settings to add more time. Plus, you can choose to remember your settings for your next load of laundry.

With a 7.4 cu. ft. capacity dryer drum, there’s plenty of room to easily handle the large loads you washed in the matching top load washer.

Place unique or delicate items like sweaters, pillows, hats and tennis shoes on the Dryer Rack for tumble-free drying. This rack attaches inside the drum and stays in one place throughout the cycle. Rack ships separately after online product registration.

Manage laundry day from anywhere by assigning family members the next laundry step from the Whirlpool® app. Send customized text messages for transferring a load to the dryer or folding clean clothes.

Get the right kind of dry for your load. The Whirlpool® App will suggest the dry cycle that matches the wash cycle you used.

Whirlpool® 5.2 - 5.3 Cu. Ft. White Top Load Washer with 2 in 1 Removable Agitator

The industry-first 2 in 1 Removable Agitator lets you customize any load to care for your clothes the way you want by easily swapping the agitator post in or out. With two ways to wash, it’s twice the washer you have at home.

Skip steps with the Load & Go™ Dispenser. Simply add detergent once and skip refills for 20 loads.1

Soak, scrub and wash all in one spot with a built-in, dual temperature faucet and pretreat brush for quick, easy access to tools that help you get it all done at once. Plus, you can add detergent to the water stream to spot-treat stains before they set in.

Let the washer guide you to the right cycle combinations or customize up to 36 of your own to get the right type of fabric care for whatever you’re washing.

Get more water to help break down loose soils. This option automatically adds more water to your load, so heavily soiled clothes get an optimal clean.

Easily remove the industry-first 2 in 1 Removable Agitator when your load needs a little more space to move. Impeller wash action cleans by rubbing the fabrics against each other, while the design of the impeller’s surface helps drive clothes from the outer rim to the center, where the deepest cleaning happens.

Tackle stains without a trip to the sink with the Automatic Presoak option. Set your washer to soak for 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes, then the washer will add water and detergent for soaking. The cycle will start automatically once soaking is complete.

Adaptive Wash Technology with Active Bloom™ Wash Action

Adaptive Wash Technology with Active Bloom Wash Action senses the size of each load and then adapts water levels and wash actions, based on the type of load being washed, for optimal cleaning.

Come home to clean clothes with the Delay Start option. Schedule a cycle up to 12 hours in advance so you can get laundry done even when you’re not at home.

Thanks to the industry-first 2 in 1 Removable Agitator, you can easily reinsert the agitator whenever you want to switch back from the impeller. Multiple wash motions gently move clothes up, down and side to side throughout the cycle for a thorough clean.

Your small, lightly soiled loads will be clean in as little as 30 minutes with the Quick Wash Cycle.2

Quiet Wash action helps keep operational sounds inside the washer and out of living areas thanks to sound-absorbing material.

Wash more than 2 baskets of clothes in a single load3 thanks to our washer with a flexible 5.2–5.3 Cu. Ft. Capacity. Keep the agitator in, or swap to the impeller for the extra room to wash bulky items.

EasyView™ full-width slow-close glass lid

Enjoy a clean, streamlined look with the slow-close, see-through lid that lets you easily check on your load while it’s washing.

The Sanitize cycle with Oxi eliminates 99.9% of common household bacteria4 by mixing detergent with an oxi additive.

Run the Clean Washer with affresh® Cycle every 30 washes with an affresh® washing machine cleaner tablet or liquid chlorine bleach to thoroughly clean the inside of your washer.

ENERGY STAR® certified models exceed government standards to help conserve natural resources and save money on your utility bills.
